Cookbook author and Italian food expert Chef Mary Ann Esposito celebrates the 30th season of her Ciao Italiacooking show with a live demonstration “In the Kitchen with Mary Ann Esposito” Jan. 15. Chef Palak Patel, owner of Dash & Chutney in Atlanta prepares vegan versions of classic dishes in “Go Beyond: A Twist on Street Food from South Asia” on Jan. 12. Chef Nick Leahy, founder of The Usual in Atlanta, prepares a meal using local ingredients in “Wintertime Comfort Food: Rye Gnocchi with Spiced Braised Short Rib” on Jan 13. These events are set for 2 p.m. in the Jura Demonstration Kitchen in Building 2, Floor 8.
