The summer Atlanta Market will present a trio of cooking demonstrations at the Jura Demonstration Kitchen in Building 2, Floor 8 of AmericasMart Atlanta.
Chef and author Elizabeth Heiskell is set to showcase locally-grown produce on Wednesday, July 12. Chef Mark Alba of Kimpton Shane Hotel in Atlanta is on the schedule to prepare his signature lump crab salad on Thursday, July 13. Shane Quillin is slated to share Sugar Shane’s cookie secrets on Friday, July 14. Each session begins at 2:30 p.m.
