The Demonstration Kitchen in Building 2, Floor 8 of AmericasMart reopens during the Atlanta Market with a live demonstration and book signing by author Danny Seo, publisher and co-principal of Rue magazine and editor-in-chief of Naturally Danny Seo is set to prepare a new dessert recipe from his Naturally Delicious Desserts cookbook Thursday, July 15 at 11 a.m.
Also playing in the Demonstration Kitchen are a series of videos featuring all-star Atlanta chef, restaurateur and “Top Chef” finalist Kevin Gillespie, preparing his char sui pork dish and a classic mai tai cocktail. Gillespie is president of Red Beard Restaurants, whose venues include the Atlanta restaurants Gunshow, Ole Reliable and Cold Beer, as well as Revivalin Decatur, GA.
International Market Centers (IMC) and Clarion Events have announced a first-time partnership between the Summer 2021 Atlanta Market and Coffee Fest Atlanta 2021, offering buyers and suppliers in both B2B buying events new cross-category exposure and opportunities. Coffee Fest Atlanta, a resource for specialty coffee businesses, runs July 15-16 at the Georgia World Congress Center. IMC and Clarion Events will offer reciprocal credentialing for attendee registration to facilitate cross-market attendance.
