Lee Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute, will explore future color trends for the home and housewares business when she delivers her annual keynote during The Inspired Home Show 2025.
Eiseman’s presentation, under the theme of “Welcome Home,” is set for Monday, March 2, 1-2 p.m. at the show’s keynote ballroom, McCormick South S102.
“Welcome Home is a theme that is highly relatable and well understood as a home provides the roof over our heads, the place to escape to, to find respite, replenishment and rest, while at the same time providing a source of entertainment and a place to play,” Eiseman said. “For many, it must provide a workspace, so the home is not only an area to live within but a space that allows us to make a living.”
Eiseman’s color expertise is recognized internationally, especially as a prime consultant to Pantone, a leader in color communication and specification. An author of 10 books on color, She is involved in color and trend forecasting across multiple industries. She has guided companies to make the most educated choices of color for product development, brand imaging, interior/exterior design, fashion and cosmetics and other applications for which color choice is invaluable to the success of the product or environment.
In addition to her role with Pantone, Eiseman heads the Eiseman Center for Color Information and Training.
During her Inspired Home Show keynote, Eiseman will also highlight Pantone’s Color of the Year for 2025: Mocha Mouse (Pantone 17-1230), described by Pantone as a comforting, warm and rich brown hue suggesting qualities of chocolate and coffee.
