The International Housewares Association (IHA) is accepting topic proposals for education sessions during The Inspired Home Show 2025.
The Inspired Home Show 2025 will be held March 2-4 at Chicago’s McCormick Place Complex and marks the 125th show since 1939. Special events and celebrations marking the milestone are being planned and will be announced in the next few months. Along with more than 1,600 exhibitors, the show features industry education to help attendees grow their business. Speakers for the Inspiration Theater and Inventors Revue come from within and outside of the housewares industry.
“The Inspired Home Show 2025, our 125th show, will be an important connection of home + housewares suppliers, retailers, service providers and industry affiliates for product discovery and strategic planning,” said Peter Giannetti, director of editorial content and education for IHA and editor-in-cheif of HomePage News. “The show has long been a leading platform for executive-level industry education across a wide scope of topics. The 2025 show education program promises to be one of the most valuable ever with its focus on expert insights that can be put into action for success in a changing marketplace.”
The Inspiration Theater is located in Room S101A in the McCormick Place South Building adjacent to the Keynote Ballroom S102 to form an industry education and inspiration hub near the show’s registration area. Inspiration Theater presentations will offer insights across a wide scope of themes, including trends in consumer behavior and purchasing, product design, product packaging, retail merchandising, social media management, branding, intellectual property protection, international and emerging markets, trends in the Internet of Things/Connected/Smart Home products and more.
The Inventors Revuw is where Inventors Corner exhibitors present their Pitch to the Pros product demonstrations. Topics of interest to makers and inventors include developing a great idea, how to bring the product to market/marketing distribution, patent and trademark education, fulfillment housing, the importance of packaging, presenting to retailers, thinking outside the box, marketing through social media, branding, product development, and trends and colors. Direct response experts interested in sharing their expertise on the Pitch to the Pros panel should submit a form. The Inventors Revue is located on the South Building exhibit floor in the Dine + Décor Expo.
