Williams Sonoma is rolling out an expanded collection of Tucci by GreenPan cookware exclusive to the specialty retail banner.
Designed in collaboration with actor and author Stanley Tucci, the GreenPan cookware featuring the company’s Thermalon ceramic nonstick coating made without PFAS, is manufactured in Italy with an emphasis on detail and innovation, combining shapes, colors and sizes with superior performance, Williams-Sonoma mainted. The expansion adds 34 products to the exclusive Williams Sonoma Tucci by GreenPan assortment.
Each pan in the collection presents a focus on design details and technical innovation that optimizes the cooking function, including unique surface treatments and contemporary stay-cool handles, according to the retailer
The line expansion comes almost a year to day since GreenPan and Tucci introduced the collection at Williams Sonoma. Tucci is, an award-winning actor, won two Emmy Awards as host from 2021 to 2022 of the CNN food and travel documentary series Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy. Tucci also has written several books on his culinary interests.
Jacob Maurer, CEO of GreenPan USA, said at the time of the launch, “We knew that by partnering with such a sophisticated culinarian as Stanley Tucci, we needed to create the best cookware possible. We have meticulously planned and crafted every detail of this collection with precision, thoughtfulness, and style.”
Stovetop cookware items in the Tucci by GreenPan cookware showcases GreenPan’s Woven Induction Technology. The design weaves together bands of stainless steel tightly, then infuses them into 5-millimeter-thick, stay-flat forged aluminum bases to deliver maximum induction efficiency with high performance on all stovetops and oven-safe up to 600 degrees, according to GreenPan.
The collection’s new Lasagna Pan (pictured above) allows users to bake and serve, and it works for other comfort-food classics with its eco-friendly nonstick pan formulation, Williams-Sonoma indicated. A new 4.5-quart Stanley Pan comes in six colors inspired by classic Italian sports cars. The collection expansion also includes stainless-steel cookware options.
“Our customers love the Tucci by GreenPan cookware collection, so we are thrilled to expand our product offering by incorporating new shapes, sizes and colors,” said Williams Sonoma president Felix Carbullido in announcing the initiative. “Stanley’s vision for this collection and his passion for food and design have all combined to create an incredible line of cookware that we are proud to sell at Williams Sonoma.”
