West Elm has launched a new mobile iOS design and shopping app that allows users to filter by preference, providing a customized interaction with the retailer.
The app is available for free in the App Store. West Elm, a Williams-Sonoma banner, noted additional app features:
- On-demand expert assistance consumers can access via chat with a West Elm Design Crew associate in real-time or by scheduling a free in-store, in-home or virtual appointment.
- Wish lists consumers can assemble and share directly through contacts or social media.
- Dynamic registry gives users to ability to explore, track and manage on-the-go.
- Quick checkout using Apple Pay for secure billing and processing
