It may only be the start of mid-October, but Target Corp. has announced that it will launch holiday bargains three weeks earlier this year than last with the introduction of Weeklong Black Friday Deals and the return of the Deal of the Day.
Weekly and daily deals, already available, feature Target’s best-planned prices for the holiday season on popular national and exclusive brands, the company stated. Discounts range up to 50% off or more across toys and games, electronics, kitchen appliances and other categories popular in the holidays.
Weeklong Black Friday Deals continue through Thanksgiving week. Shoppers can get a first look at the deals each Friday in the Target Weekly Ad.
Meanwhile Deal of the Day will offer hundreds more items at Black Friday pricing than was the case last year, Target asserted. Shoppers can return to Target daily for savings through December 24. Deals slated include sales on national brands such as Apple, KitchenAid and Nintendo.
Shoppers can find the holiday deals available both in-store and online via target.com or the Target app, the company indicated, with select offers available exclusively online.
The first round of weekly deals features $35 off a Gourmia 5-quart Digital Air Fryer, $39.99, regularly $74.99, and $50 off a Keurig K-Mini Single-Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker, $49.99, regularly $99.99. Other deals, these from Target exclusive brands, include half off a 20-Piece Room Essentials Plastic Dinnerware Set, $10, regularly $20; a Hearth & Hand with Magnolia 4-piece Satin Finish Appetizer Silverware Set, $7.49 regularly $14.99; and an Opalhouse designed with Jungalow 14-inch by 5.5-inch Round Rattan Tray, $15, regularly 30.
“We know our guests are eager to start their holiday shopping and Target is here to help, and help them save big, whether that’s on gifts that family and friends are sure to love or stocking up on all the essentials for a season filled with festive gatherings,” said Christina Hennington, executive vp and chief growth officer, Target, in announcing the holiday promotions. “By making our Black Friday deals available even earlier this year, and bringing back our popular Deal of the Day, we’re giving guests even more reasons to choose Target for everything they want and need this holiday season.”
