Sur La Table has expanded its existing private label lineup by adding a cutlery collection handcrafted in Solingen, Germany.
The new collection pairs ice-hardened stainless steel for a lasting edge with walnut handles for a unique style that can dress up a kitchen, according to Sur La Table. The handles are curved for increased comfort and are part of a durable, full-tang construction, the company noted.
The collection includes, as described by Sur La Table:
- Sur La Table Classic Santoku Knife, 7-inch. Designed for discerning home cooks, the versatile blade is lighter and more maneuverable than a chef’s knife and features a hollow-ground edge that glides through food without sticking.
