SharkNinja Launching Design Hub in New York’s 41 Madison Building

SharkNinja has announced plans to open its first office and creative design hub in New York City, moving into the 41 Madison Avenue building.

The collaborative workspace will serve as a dynamic environment to foster creativity, innovation and collaboration across key functions, the company stated. As part of the initiative, SharkNinja intends to grow its team significantly, with more than 45 roles identified in its initial phase, with the potential for filling additional positions over time.

The SharkNinja investment in the creative design hub will empower employees to redefine innovation and storytelling, the company asserted, driving the development of products that solve real consumer problems in new ways. The dynamic space will foster creativity and collaboration as well as further solidify SharkNinja’s reputation as an employer of choice for top talent, the company added.

SharkNinja signed a multi-year lease for more than 14,000 square feet at 41 Madison, a housewares, and especially tabletop, showplace. The strategic expansion into New York City capitalizes on the deep pool of creative and design-focused talent in the metropolitan area. The creative design hub will include a dedicated studio for design prototyping, a beauty studio for product testing and consumer insight research, and dedicated spaces for content creation by both in-house teams and influencer partners. Performance-based Excelsior Jobs Program tax credits from Empire State Development will support SharkNinja’s New York investment of up to $920,000.
