In celebration of its 50th anniversary, Rent-A-Center has launched a 50-day campaign aimed to engage and energize coworkers, celebrate customers and invite consumers who haven’t done so to experience the rent-to-own industry.
The company announced that the campaign, dubbed 50 Days, 50 Drops, will showcase the Rent-A-Center brand by creating interest in the rent-to-own proposition and offering luxury products for lease from brands never before seen at RAC. New items and offers will drop every day throughout the campaign, Rent-A-Center stated.
To participate in the campaign, consumers must text DROPS to 94210. After doing so, they will receive a text message every day of the campaign with a link to an exclusive deal or a generally available price-dropped product that RAC believes will sell out quickly. Consumers shopping in Rent-A-Center stores can scan a QR code to see drops and work with store staffers to review the full catalog of rent-to-own items.
