Slatkin + Co. has partnered with entertainer Elton John to produce a limited-time collection for QVC based on springtime scents associated with the musician’s English countryside estate, Woodside.
The collection includes an 8-ounce Reed Wicker Candle Set, a variety of 14.5-ounce candles and 4-ounce reed diffusers.
The Elton John-inspired fragrances for QVC include the following, as described by Slatkin:
- Spring Rain. Fresh fallen showers, vibrant honeysuckle, jasmine petals, dewy stems.
- English Lavender Shortbread. Dried English lavender, baked vanilla shortbread, sugar crystals, nutmeg.
- Ginger Mango. Crystalized ginger, vibrant mango, ripe tangerine and lime blossom.
- Ivy’s Rose Garden. Pink rose, sweet peony, orchard citrus, cedarwood.
- English Moss. Fresh eucalyptus, crisp green apple, cedarwood.
- Windsor Festival. Bergamot, neroli, ylang ylang, sandalwood.
- Rhubarb Strawberry Crumble. Ripe rhubarb, red strawberry, honey drizzle, crumble pie crust.
- Sugared Pear & Vanilla. Bartlett pear, vanilla bean, sparkling orange, amberwood.
- Apple Mint Tea. Crisp apple, mint leaf tea, lush pear nectar, apple blossom.
The new line marks the second home fragrance collaboration between Slatkin and John. The retail price range for Elton John candles, as posted by QVC, starts at $19 for an Slatkin + Co. 3-piece English Jelly Jar Candle Set to $135 for a Luxe 80-ounce Candle.
