Qurate Retail Group named Scott Barnhart chief operating officer, effective immediately.
As COO, Barnhart will lead Supply Chain, Procurement, Global Business Services and Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services (CREWS) for all Qurate Retail Group brands globally; Customer Service and Experience for all U.S. brands; and QVC and HSN’s U.S. fulfillment operations. He will also oversee the Transformation Management Office of Project Athens, Qurate’s three-year plan to create revenue stability, OIBDA margin expansion and incremental cash flow generation.
Barnhart previously worked in global supply chain and customer service at multiple Fortune 500 brands including his most recent position as president of Global Medical Product & Supply Chain at pharmaceuticals distributor Cardinal Health. Prior to Cardinal Health, Barnhart served as president, Global Supply Chain & Group Purchasing Organizations at Aramak, and he held senior positions at Conagra Brands and Diageo.
