As it continues adding stores, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings has opened a new, approximately 615,000-square-foot distribution center in Princeton, IL.
Ollie’s pointed out that the DC is a crucial part of its growth plan and supports nationwide expansion in an effort to open 1,300 stores. The company currently operates 525 stores in 31 states. The new DC will serve 60 stores in nine states and eventually service more than 150 stores across the Midwest and beyond.
The new Illinois facility required a capital investment of over $75 million, Ollie’s noted.

The opening of our first Midwest distribution center enhances our ability to service 150-plus stores, fueling the next phase of our growth. Along with delivering more bargains, this new facility has created valuable jobs for the hardworking people in America’s heartland.”
