Florida-based off-price retailer Bealls Inc. appointed apparel retail veteran Leana Less senior vice president of marketing.
Less leads brand marketing, e-commerce and guest strategy including supervising Bealls loyalty programs. She was senior vice president of marketing with Chico’s FAS, where she led a transformation of marketing to digital and data-led strategies, Bealls reported.
Matt Beall, the retail company’s chairman and CEO, “(Less) is joining Bealls at a pivotal time in our history as we enter new markets across the country and look to strengthen our current presence. Her fresh and innovative perspective will be integral to developing strong campaigns that connect with guests and share Bealls’ story and product offerings.”
