JCPenney for the 2024 holiday season is emphasizing big deals, new promotions and a refreshed housewares assortment highlighting array of national brands, including Martha Stewart.
Also returning is the JCPenney Snow Globe giveaway, available for the first time since 2015. Consumers can find the unique miniature globe in-store only while supplied last starting at 5 a.m. on Black Friday.
JCPenney will offer what it calls Gotta Have It pricing to ensure customers receive exceptional value every day including in beauty, where the retailer is launching a range of promotions. Although JCPenney will be closed on November 28 for Thanksgiving, shoppers can get a head start on holiday discounts with early Black Friday access from November 8–10, the company maintained. From November 22 to December 1, shoppers will be introduced to thousands more deals. On Friday, November 29, Black Friday shoppers can access exclusive one-day-only deals, as well as giveaways available in-store at 5 a.m., 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.. This includes special items such as a Golden Tote that offers savings throughout the holiday shopping season.
Football fans will be able to unlock deals throughout the season when they tune in to watch games on Prime Video through December 26. Each gameday JCPenney will announce a new Really Big Deal with exclusive offers and promotions.

JCPenney’s current holiday plans build on the reinvestment the company has been making in the venerable business.
