Crate & Kids is launching its first collection with interior designer and TV personality Jeremiah Brent, offering some 80 pieces inspired by the playfully sophisticated approach Brent took to his own children’s spaces.
Products in the furnishings collaboration include furniture and accessories, storage and home decor items, and the collection includes pieces for newborns to older children.
The Jeremiah Brent for Crate & Kids incorporates designs that can transition with children as they get older, the retailer noted. For example, a changing table has a top purchasers can remove so it can serve as a kids’ dresser. High-gloss lacquer, wood grains and occasional pewter details not normally found in children’s rooms establish products in the collection as future heirlooms. Brent’s personal touches are embedded throughout the collections such as in the case of mystical creatures from his kids’ imaginations, the Crate & Barrel banner maintained.
Storage is essential in a child’s room, Crate & Kids noted. As such, the collection includes high-design storage solutions as separate pieces and in the furniture. The Rachel Canopy Bed is elegant yet whimsical and functionalwith built in drawers, the retailer stated.
The Jeremiah Brent for Crate & Kids exclusive collaboration is in stores and online at crateandbarrel.com/kids/jeremiah-brent. Prices range from $19 to $2,599.
