On the apparel and accessories side, J.C. Penney noted, autumn initiatives include the presentation of “reimagined’ exclusive brands collections in J. Ferrar and Stafford menswear as well as the rollout of the Ryegrass collection of romantic dresses, blouses, and leather joggers in a fall color palette and the addition of Effy to its fine jewelry assortment in 250 stores and on jcp.com.
