IKEA U.S. announced it is adding new benefits to the IKEA Family program. The free loyalty club will now include 5% off eligible purchases and special IKEA Family pricing on select delivery options online.
The IKEA Family program was introduced in the U.S. in 2011. The 5%-off eligible in-store purchase benefit went into effect on September 1, 2022, while the delivery pricing benefit begins on September 12. The new benefits will join the existing perks of special product offers, exclusive access to events and workshops and a free hot drink (coffee or tea) in the IKEA restaurant each visit. As part of IKEA’s journey to make the brand more accessible, affordable and sustainable, IKEA Family members also have access to the Buy Back & Resell service.
