HomeGoods is reimagining the typical vacation rental home and the typical retail promotion by offering an affordable trip this fall with the launch of House of HomeGoods.
The initiative includes a bookable getaway for each of four nights in October and November that gives consumers a chance to discover something new by tapping into the HomeGoods treasure hunt experience. The two-bedroom Hudson Valley home available for booking at homegoods.com will get a redesign for each visit.
From October 12 through October 15 on a first come first serve basis, guest bookings will be released daily at homegoods.com/houseofhomegoods. On October 12, the first booking was released at 9 a.m. EDT with booking periods on October 13, 14 and 15 beginning at 12 p.m. EDT. For $29.99 a night, the Hudson Valley home is just as affordable as a trip as HomeGoods is as a store, the retailer stated. The home stays are for the weekends of October 21 and 28, and November 4 and 11.
HomeGoods will distinctly decorate the home for each stay and provide an at-home activity to amplify the unique experience, the TJX banner stated. After their stay, guests can take home a selection of favorite finds they discover during their stay.
For the weekend of October 21, the decorative theme is Find Creativity and HomeGoods will design the house as a boldly colorful oasis with finds to discover behind every door, the retailer noted. The October 28 theme is Find Festivity and the interior design will have an autumnal flair in crisp colors, reminiscent of foliage and cozy seasonal comforts, while the November 4 weekend theme is Find Adventure with a nature-inspired look featuring warm patterns and textures, and the November 11 theme is Find Charm with rural European motifs in evidence.
Consumers can visit homegoods.com to check out a selection of pieces similar to those featured in each House of HomeGoods style. The House of HomeGoods section of the website displays goods under each of the decorative themes to be found at the Hudson Valley home.
“At HomeGoods, our customers enjoy exploring the aisles of endless finds that leave them feeling inspired after every shopping trip, all made possible by our incredible value,” said Sarah Ajamian, manager of marketing, HomeGoods, in announcing the promotion. “We’re excited to offer consumers this bookable getaway that transforms with each stay to create a truly unique experience for guests, just like shopping at HomeGoods.”
