HomeGoods is sponsoring a bookable weekend getaway for brand fans designed to give travelers the kind of discovery experience they get in its stores.
The TJX Cos. banner is introducing the HomeGoods Finder’s Camp, with registration to book a cabin beginning on Friday, May 17 at 12 p.m. Eastern time on a first come, first served basis and by party size at Tock. In doing so, they sign up for a reimagined summer camp in the Catskill Mountains of New York from June 7-9.
Campers will stay in 10 distinctly decorated cabins. In the Traveler’s Teak Cabin, visitors will find household goods sourced from around the globe, for example, and those dropping in on Bookworm Birch Cabin can engage in treasured hobbies. In terms of products, visitors can check out HomeGoods’ viral fruit stools at the Zest Friend Forest Cabin and pink-everything at the Pink Pine Cabin.
Fans will also journey through common spaces such as the Lakeside Lounge, where they can relax and take in the views with fellow travelers, and a mess hall where they can dine and bond with other campers in between activities that promote a sense of exploration and inspiration including, according to HomeGoods:
- Find & Fare Foyer. A welcome dinner that takes summer camp classics to new heights via a globally inspired twist.
- Trailblazing Treasure Hunt. A serendipitous exercise in foraging for finds through camp trails filled with surprises.
- Stitch Studio. An embroidery class where participants will personalize cozy throws and plush pillows.
- Gardening Gazebo. A lesson in how to creatively plant in style.
- Spooky Stories & S’mores. A spell of treats and spooky décor stories.
- Finder’s Paradise. A weekend closing tropical celebration encouraging connection with new friends.
“HomeGoods Finder’s Camp is an opportunity to bring our community of brand fans, our Finders, together to celebrate why they love HomeGoods so much,” said Samantha Kussmann, HomeGoods manager of marketing, in announcing the promotion. “We’re excited to offer a getaway where Finders will bond over the feeling of exploration and creativity that happens every day in our stores: That moment when a spark of inspiration hits upon discovering the most unexpected yet perfect find at the most incredible value.”
