Goff began his career in 1991 as a front service clerk in Jacksonville, FL. He became Jacksonville Division district manager in 2010, Miami Division regional director in 2014 and Miami Division vp in 2019, Publix stated.

Crawley began his career in 1987 as a grocery clerk in Bradenton, FL. He was named Atlanta Division district manager in 2001, Publix noted, and, in 2014, Atlanta Division regional director.
