Bed Bath & Beyond has appointed Nicole Cokley Dunlap as its chief diversity officer to lead the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.
Before moving to Bed Bath & Beyond, Cokley Dunlap had been with Macy’s, where she held roles with increasing levels of leadership responsibilities across Bloomingdale’s and Macy’s. She held positions in human resources, employee giving, diversity and inclusion, and store management. She has served as vp/diversity and inclusion strategy since 2019. At Macy’s, Cokley Dunlap built strategies that helped drive diversity, engagement, performance and business growth, Bed Bath & Beyond noted. She reports to Lynda Markoe, Bed Bath & Beyond EVP and chief people and culture officer.
