Celigo, an integration platform service provider, announced it has partnered with TikTok Shop to provide the retail operation with more streamlined operations and enhance visibility and elevation of the shopping experience for their customers.
The TikTok Shop Connector by Celigo keeps data current and synced across various applications, including product data management, order management, fulfillment and accounting. The collaboration provides sellers on TikTok Shop access to comprehensive insights that can drive informed decision-making and harnesses automation, providing them with valuable intelligence about market trends, consumer behavior and product performance, Celigo stated. As such, it will help TikTok Shop sellers make data-driven decisions that fuel growth and innovation.
A recent independent study commissioned by Celigo demonstrated that a quarter of consumers use TikTok to research products before they buy. With TikTok’s reach and engagement, sellers can tap into an audience of potential customers they might not be reaching and convert them into customers, Celigo asserted.
TikTok Shop opened in September of last year. TikTok Shop, from the start, provided shoppable videos and livestreams via For You feeds while giving brands, merchants and creators tools to sell directly through shoppable content on the TikTok app.
