Bloomie’s is getting ready to make its mark on the United States West Coast.
Bloomingdale’s has announced that it is opening a Seattle Bloomie’s store later this year in the Ravenna neighborhood north of downtown.
The smaller concept format extends the Macy’s Bloomingdale’s banner to suit a wider variety of locations, including those that wouldn’t suit its core department store operations. Bloomie’s will offer Seattle consumers a casual, contemporary and highly curated retail experience, Bloomingdale’s stated, featuring an edited assortment of top brands in a broad range of men’s and women’s apparel, accessories, beauty and giftables among other categories.
The first Bloomie’s opened in Fairfax, VA, in 2021, with a Chicagoland location debuting last year.
