Beyond, Inc. has launched a partnership with social media platform X and promoted Carlisha Robinson to chief customer officer responsible for product management and user experience functions across the company’s e-commerce platforms.

Robinson joined Beyond, then Overstock, as chief product officer in 2022 and has 30 years of expertise in technology and customer experience with a record of driving product innovation and growth, Beyond stated. The company added Robinson has been instrumental in the transformation of Beyond, Inc.
