For March National Sleep Awareness Month, Bed Bath & Beyond is offering tips and tools to improve nighttime routines that can lead to better sleep.
For example, Bed Bath & Beyond noted, pillows today have different constructions that can address personal sleeping preferences whether they are for cooling, temperature regulation, neck and body support, moisture wicking or anti-allergen qualities. The retailer added that mothers-to-be can get a better night’s sleep with the help of a body pillow that they can place where they need support.
Room environment can create restful conditions, too. The retailer pointed to The SpaRoom PureMist Directional Mist Ultrasonic Diffuser, which delivers a gradient lighting effect, calming aroma and 360 degrees of mist adjustment. Then, the Homedics SoundSpa Sound Machine can help clear the mind from distractions with the soothing sounds of surf or rainfall. Sound machines such as the Hatch Baby Rest 2nd Generation generate calming tones that can help infants fall asleep and stay asleep. Portable options can help when taking the baby on the road such as the Fridababy 2-in-1 Portable Sound Machine.
Smart bassinets including the 4moms mamaRoo sleep bassinet and Graco Sense2Snooze Bassinet with Cry Detection Technology can help settle the youngest to sleep with movement and white noise.
“At Bed Bath & Beyond, we know sleep is incredibly important and product choice can be very personal based on what works for each individual,” stated Rebekah Chase, the company’s vp, general merchandising manager. “From fabric and softness to color and style, which is why we offer options at every price point, online and in stores, to ensure our customers can always find what suits them and their sleep preference.”
