Bed Bath & Beyond is getting ready to introduce its expert Home, Happier Team to customers of its flagship store in New York City and nationwide to consumers via social media in conjunction with a week-long Open House promotional event.
The Home, Happier Team will appear at Bed Bath & Beyond’s newly redesigned flagship store on October 2 during the company’s Open House event, running from September 27 to October 3, where they will share expert advice with customers on how to “home, happier” in each room. Consumers everywhere will be able to access the team’s tips and tricks across Bed Bath & Beyond’s social platforms. Bed Bath & Beyond will provide content from the team at pivotal seasonal shopping moments going forward through the year.
In addition to the flagship, Bed Bath & Beyond has slated Open House promotions for its stores across the United States. Events scheduled will invite customers to check out exclusive deals, the new family of Bed Bath & Beyond-owned brands, better in-store shopping experiences with improved store layouts, and in-store digital shopping tools through the retailer’s mobile app. They also will learn about the array of omnichannel services, including buy online pick up in-store, contactless curbside pickup and same-day delivery services.
