Bargain Hunt has initiated going-out-of-business sales in the wake of its recent bankruptcy filing at all of its 92 locations across 10 midwestern and southern states.
Hilco Consumer, Retail, in a joint venture with Gordon Bros. is managing the going-out-of-business sale for the bankrupt retailer, which made a brief, unsuccessful effort to find a going-concern purchaser.
Bargain Hunt stores are set to close by the end of February, Hilco stated. Until then, shoppers can receive discounts up to 40% off the lowest ticketed prices.
Bargain Hunt will accept gift cards through February 12. Hilco also is selling store fixtures and equipment.
