At Home appointed veteran retail leader Brad Weston CEO, effective June 3.
With more than three decades of experience in retail, Weston most recently served as CEO of Party City Holdings, Inc. He led the transformation of Party City from an operations-driven wholesaler to a party supply retailer, and he improved customer satisfaction and store productivity throughout the pandemic, said At Home. He joined Party City in July 2019 as president of Party City Holdings Inc. and CEO of Party City Retail Group.
Previously, Weston served in leadership roles at Petco, including president and CEO from 2017-2018, president and chief merchandising officer from 2015-2017 and executive vice president and chief merchandising officer from 2011-2015.

Prior to joining Petco, Weston served as senior vice president and chief merchandising officer for Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc. Earlier in his career, Weston was senior vice president, general merchandise manager for May Merchandising Company and senior vice president, general merchandise manager for Robinsons-May.
Weston currently serves on the board of directors of Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. and Vera Bradley, Inc.
Jeff Evans, Jerry Murray and Ashey Sheetz will continue in their At Home leadership roles as president and chief merchandising officer, CFO and COO, respectively. Erik Ragatz, who has been serving as executive chairman, will move to chairman of the board of directors.
