As the holidays approach, Anthropologie has launched an exclusive housewares and home decor collection inspired by the artwork of the Gilded Age in collaboration with New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The Met x Anthropologie Collection features meticulously designed pieces, including intricately patterned dinnerware and serveware, luxurious glassware and barware, a classic tea set, textiles, candles and decorative accents, the retailer maintained.
“We are delighted to collaborate with The Metropolitan Museum of Art as this collection allows us to infuse our creative vision with The Met’s unparalleled historical resources, resulting in an assortment that is both timeless and elegant,” said Anthropologie Living chief merchandising officer Katherine Finder, in announcing line-up’s launch. “Our collection takes you from an elegant dinner to after-dinner cocktails and dessert, truly a magical way to celebrate the holidays with family and friends.”
The 44-piece collection’s prices range from $18 for a mug to $148 for a tiered stand. Products are available at Anthropologie stores nationwide and on its website.
