To get on track for the end-of-year holidays, Amazon has announced that it will again launch a major fall promotion focused on its Prime members.
The Prime Big Deal Days event returns in October, although Amazon didn’t say just when yet, offering members access to early holiday deals across popular categories, including deep discounts on products from top brands, the company asserted. Amazon already held its central Prime Day promotion on July 16 and 17. Given the company’s powerful position in the marketplace, major Amazon promotions usually trigger discounting by other major retailers, which happened as Target and Walmart, among others, launched July promotions.
Big Deal Days will run in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and Turkey, the company noted, as well as the United States.
