KitchenAid Ceramic Forged Aluminum Cookware by Meyer Corp. features thick, forged aluminum bases and rims for excellent heat conductivity and greater durability. The collection’s ceramic nonstick interior — made without PFAS, BPA, lead or cadmium–is designed for easy food release and cleanup. The cookware collection, offered with tempered glass lids with thick metal rims and stainless steel handles, is oven-safe to 500°F (350°F with lids). KitchenAid Ceramic Forged Aluminum Cookware is offered a 10-piece set in Empire Red and Onyx Black, including a pair of tools ($129 suggested retail price); a 10-inch open frying pan in Empire Red ($22.99 SRP); and a 12.25-inch open frying pan in Onyx Black ($29.97).

The extra-large HexClad griddle has an 11-inch-by-18-inch rectangular cooking surface and is made for time-saving and convenience. The hybrid technology combines stainless steel and nonstick for a good sear and an easy cleanup, while the triple-ply construction is designed to heat quickly and evenly. It is metal-utensil, dishwasher-safe and oven-safe up to 500ºF. The Hybrid Double Burner Griddle is available now with an MSRP of $199.

Tramontina Essentials 9-Piece Bakeware Collection consists of non-stick ceramic-coated pieces and features a Xeradur by Ilag ceramic coating. The Hotpan is made in Switzerland and is available in an array of sizes and colors, including red, gray and sand. The suggested retail price is $231 for the 1 liter, ranging up to $319 for the 5 liter.

The new cookware is three times harder than stainless steel, safe for metal utensils and oven-safe up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit. SRP is $349.99.

The Swirl Bundt Pan Set adds a special keeper developed to ensure the delicate design of a baked cake stays intact for transporting or storage.
