Zavor has introduced the Lux Edge 2 Multicooker, designed to make one-pot meals easier with the cooker’s functionality, versatility and minimal cleanup.
According to Zabor, features of the Lux Edge 2 include:
- Quick and Easy: The Lux Edge 2 has an expansive panel of food-specific functions that come equipped with ideal times and temperatures for ideal results every time, said Zavor. When pressure cooking with the Lux Edge 2, all of the recipe steps can be done in the same pot with the multicooker’s assist functions, from sauteing or steaming beforehand to simmering or keeping food warm.
- Healthier Meals: One-pot meals are a way to retain food’s nutritional value as all ingredients are cooked together and made to serve, Zavor stated, as evaporation or drainage of cooking liquid can take most of the nutrients in food with it.
- Affordable Versatility: The Lux Edge 2 can take basic cuts of meat or bland vegetables and infuse them with unexpected flavor by retaining flavors as ingredients are cooked together to create a well-balanced taste, the company asserted.
- Minimal Effort: The multicooker requires little prep and little supervision. Consumers load all the ingredients into the pot, set the cooking program and press start. The Lux Edge 2 will do the heating, temperature/pressure regulation, and timing, and when the cooking time is done, it will automatically switch to Keep Warm to prevent overcooking.
- Effortless Clean: Since all of the recipe steps are done in the same pot, users will only have to worry about washing one afterward. The multicooker has a lid holder that keeps the lid off the counter to avoid messes after cooking, and the removable pot is dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup.
The Lux Edge 2 is available now in two size options. The 6-quart model retails for $129.95, and the 8-quart model retails for $149.95.
