The new pressure cooker from Iris is designed with 8-in-1 functionality, including pressure, steam, saute, rice, ferment, boil/hotpot and keep warm. It also has a “low-carb rice” mode, which is designed to allow rice to absorb more water, therefore creating fluffier rice with a lower carb count, the company noted. The digital display system is designed to be easy to read, while its 3-quart capacity allows for enough to feed between one and three people. This new launch is also self-cleaning, so consumers do not have to let the insert soak to aid with food removal. The pressure cooker also has a waterless cooking option for cooking that uses less water to condense and exaggerate flavor.

The Bene Casa party-sized Discada Cooking Set by MBR Industries includes a burner, stand and comal. The stainless steel belly-down comal pan is big enough to cook for family and friends and can do a number of tasks including grilling vegetables and heating tortillas. The propane-powered burner comes with a low-pressure regulator and extra-long-hose. A direct turnkey strike means no lighters, batteries or electricity are required. The heavy-duty stand incorporates a wind guard and removable legs for easy transport and storage.

The Sizzle Air Fryer by Zavor is a classic basket-style air fryer with a Sizzle Tray that has an adjustable height designed for better results. It includes a shake alarm and a removable basket handle for more accessible storage and cleaning.

The Crust Air Fryer Oven provides ten preset cooking functions, including rotisserie and dehydration. The unit is compact for easier storage and has a removable door for cleaning.

The Nutribullet Triple Prep System brings together three of the brand’s kitchen appliances — a full-sized blender, a personal blender and a 7-cup food processor—that all operate from the same motor base.

The system also includes a 1500-watt motor base, a power base that shows a set of programs corresponding to the appliance being used, including auto-programs designed to help consumers go beyond traditional blending and processing functions and a pitcher, a food processor bowl and cups made from BPA-free, dishwasher-safe plastic.

The Caja Asadora Outdoor Roasting Box by Bene Casa produces a charcoal-seared exterior and juicy soft meat interior when cooking meat. The large professional-grade roaster is charcoal-heated with no gas or electrics needed. The treated wood exterior and the metal-lined interior are designed to withstand extreme heat while heavy-duty wheels and handles provide easy portability. The roasting box comes with oven mitts and a flavor injecting syringe, and it holds up to 70 pounds of meat, which is large enough for pig roasting.

The TurboBlaze next-generation air fryer is up to 46% faster than previous Cosori models. It e has nine functions including air fry, roast, bake, broil, dehydrate, freeze, proof, reheat and warm. It was designed and developed as a next-generation product that improves performance, cooks faster and delivers consistent results in a beautiful design.

The Vitamix Ascent Gold Label Blender series now comes in four color choices — matte navy, matte sage, brushed gold and white — with gold accents. The blender has five program settings for smoothies, hot soups, dips and spreads, frozen desserts and self-cleaning that automatically adjust to the container size selected, process the recipes and stop the blender when complete to offer walk-away convenience. The machines were made so customers don’t have to choose between style and performance.

Chefman has introduced the Home Slice Indoor Electric Pizza Oven, a lightweight, compact electric pizza oven. The oven temperature goes up to 800°F, which the company describes as the ideal temperature for pizzas according to pizza chefs; the Home Slice can cook Neapolitan pizza in two minutes or less.

The Dexas Prep-Tech introduction is, as the company describes it, a versatile “smart” cutting board that improves culinary skills. Made with eco-friendly bamboo, the board houses an integrated kitchen scale so users can conveniently and precisely measure ingredients. It also has a built-in tech slot that can support a smartphone or tablet at an easy-to-see viewing angle so users can take in new recipes and cooking videos and, when necessary, pause. 

GreenPan’s XL Smoke-less Grill & Griddle has an expansive cooking surface to allow for a family-style meal. This new good comes with automatic settings for beef, poultry, fish, and pork, allowing the system to regulate cooking temperature. It also can be used as a full grill, full griddle or a mix, depending on meal components.

The vacuum sealer helps prevent freezer burn and keeps food fresh up to 5x longer compared to ordinary storage methods, according to the company. Hurom has introduced the latest addition to its Easy Clean Juicer series, the H400 Easy Clean Slow Juicer. It is the perfect model for large families or committed juicers, says the company, as it has the largest volume of any self-feeding hopper the company has made. The maximized hopper and chamber make it easy to load large amounts of produce at a time. It is equipped with an “easy clean” chamber set which includes a two-part auger and a mechanism that minimizes pulp designed to provide scrub-free, bare minimum cleaning.

Nutribullet Baby’s latest introduction, Baby Steam + Blend, combines the functionality of a cooking pot, steaming basket and blender into one system. Designed to be compact, the Baby Steam + Blend has a double-function base with a 450-watt steamer and a 150-watt blender that can steam, blend, cook, purée, and defrost ingredients. A water reservoir has a timed inner tank that matches the desired steaming times. 

Cuisinart has partnered with Williams Sonoma to launch a 50th-anniversary edition of its food processor, bringing back the classic design with a modern twist. The 50th Anniversary Food Processor chops, purees, slices and shreds with a classic look that evokes the feel of the original. Partnering with Williams Sonoma for the special edition was a natural fit as its  founder Chuck Williams was the first retailer to carry Cuisinart food processors.

The Gourmia Fry ‘N Fold Digital Air Fryer nests within itself to take up less space and fit inside a cabinet when not in use. The Fry ‘N Fold features a square 7-quart glass basket and ten one-touch cooking presets, including air fry, roast, broil and dehydrate. The glass basket is shatterproof and has a built-in light that allows users to keep an eye on their food as it cooks, according to Gourmia. In three steps, the lid can be stored within the glass basket for storage.

The new Greenstar 5 showcases a mastication system powered by stainless steel twin gears and magnetic bioceramic technology to yield 30% more juice from even the most challenging vegetables than competing juicers, and the juice can be stored for up to 72 hours with minimal loss of enzymes or vitamins, according to the company. Independent laboratory tests confirm that Greenstar’s Twin Gear juicing system extracts a substantially higher quantity of essential minerals, such as calcium, iron and zinc, than other competing juicers, Tribest added.
