Waterpik has launched its Sensonic Complete Care, an oral care system combining a powered toothbrush and a water flosser said by the company to be recognized by dental professionals for its safety and effectiveness.
Sensonic Complete Care uses PrecisionPulse technology to deliver an effective combination of water pressure and pulsations, which can remove up to 99.9% of plaque bacteria that can cause gingivitis, cavities and bad breath, said the company. Waterpik said that when the Waterpik Water Flosser and the Sensonic Toothbrush are used together as directed, Sensonic Complete Care is up to three times as effective as manual brushing for improving gum health.
The Sensonic Toothbrush deep cleans in hard-to-reach areas with contoured bristles that hug tooth surfaces and three cleaning modes: clean, stain removal, and gum care.
Alongside the Sensonic Toothbrush, the Waterpik Water Flosser comes with five specialty flossing tips, 360-degree tip rotation to reach the whole mouth and ten water pressure settings. The five flossing tips include: two precision tips for general use, one orthodontic tip for braces and orthodontics, one plaque seeker tip for crowns and bridges and one implant denture tip for implant retained dentures. Each tip is designed to address the most common dental needs.
