Clipper Corporation has introduced a new line of luxury cookware for home chefs: Viking PeformanceTi cookware.
The Viking Performance Ti cookware is crafted with a four-layer clad design and provides a nonstick surface without chemical-based coatings. The layers consist of an induction-capable stainless steel exterior, a quick and even heat-distributing aluminum core, a lightweight pure titanium layer and a laser-clad hardened layer of titanium on the cooking surface. The titanium surface has a Vickers Scale rating of 680, over three times harder than stainless steel, making it scratch-resistant and safe for use with metal utensils, according to the company. When the cookware no longer meets easy-release expectations, it can be seasoned to restore it to its former nonstick performance.
Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, this cookware is built to last a lifetime, making it a valuable investment for passionate home chefs, said Clipper Corporation. The line has both open stock styles, a 2-piece Fry Pan set and a 12-piece set. The 12-piece set includes an 8” Fry Pan, a 10” Fry Pan, a 2.1-qt Saucepan with lid, a 3-qt Saucepan with lid, a 4.5-qt Sauté Pan with lid & helper handle, a 5-qt Dutch Oven and a Universal Steamer Insert that fits both the 2-qt and 3-qt Saucepan.
