Mooi Space is on a mission to make soap both skin-friendly and environmentally friendly, bringing a new meaning to clean.
The company said more than a billion plastic bottles in the soap category end up in garbage or recycling every year with 75% making their way to landfills where they take about 45 years to decompose. Additionally, Mooi asserts liquid soap bottles take five times more energy to produce and transport. Mooi Space has decided to go back to the basics with solid soap and glass containers to reduce plastic waste and the carbon footprint of its products.
The Mooi Space Ocean Friendly Starter Kit includes ocean-friendly soap products that are made to be gentle on the skin and the planet. The kit includes one Pause & Unwind Shampoo Bar; one Pause & Refresh Bar Soap; one pack of Clean Is Cool Soap Sticks; and a 5-piece Marcella Bath Collection Set made with durable glass which includes a soap dispenser, a soap dish, a tumbler, a cotton jar and a toothbrush holder.
The Ocean Friendly Starter Kit is available now with an MSRP of $115. Mooi Space will be showcasing the kit at the 2022 Inspired Home Show.
