Oggi is looking to serve up a higher level of home mixology performance with its new Groove double-wall, vacuum-insulated cocktail shaker, set to debut at The Inspired Home Show.
The Groove cocktail shaker lid features a two-part strainer and cap made from clear Tritan and incorporates a leakproof silicone seal.
Oggi’s trademarked groove indentation ensures a firm grip even when shaking vigorously, according to the company.
The body of the stainless-steel shaker is finished in a choice of brushed stainless steel or a premium powder coating in multiple colors and patterns.
The development of the new shaker coincided with the rise in home mixology and craft cocktail prep during the pandemic, the company noted. Oggi set out to address key consumer needs with the vacuum insulated shaker, including easy grip, visibility of contents with the lid and the strainer attached; and rapid chilling of drinks without chilling the user’s hands.
Paul Williamson, vice president of Oggi, led the development of the Groove cocktail shaker. “We have been known as an expert in cocktail shakers for decades, and with the new Groove, we wanted to create the undisputed best shaker in its class by really looking in-depth at what could be improved in order to enhance the experience for our consumers,” Williamson said.
