Among the products its showcasing at The Inspired Home Show 2025, Nordic Ware is featuring the Cardamom ceramic cookware collection, the Brownie Buddy Baking Set, non-stick Brilliant Bakeware, the Simply Sourdough Complete Bread Baking Kit and more.
Cardamom Cookware
Cardamom, a new ceramic cookware collection (pictured above), was designed as a nod to Nordic Ware’s Scandinavian heritage, where sweet and savory dishes are made with spice. The warmth of spice inspired the coloration of this new collection, said the company.
It is made from spun aluminum for durability and even heat distribution and retention and the inside of the cookware has a 3-layer PFAS-free ceramic coating. It is available in green with a light wood handle.
The collection will include a variety of cookware pieces, including a wok, saucepan and deep sauté as well as corresponding lids.
Brownie Buddy Baking Set
Brownie Buddy Baking Set
Nordic Ware’s Brownie Buddy Baking Set allows consumers to bake brownies and take them with or serve them from the same pan.
The launch comes with a Naturals 9-inch Square Pan and a BPA-free and melamine-free plastic cutter and lid. The cutter fits inside the pan to create even brownies without scratching the pan. Users simply bake, press the cutter to the bottom of the pan and it produces perfectly cut brownies, said the company. Consumers can use the lid, which snaps in place along the encapsulated steel rim, to bring brownies on the go or keep them fresh.
The 3-piece set is available for $30.
Brilliant Bakeware
Brilliant Bakeware Collection
Made in the U.S., Brilliant Bakeware is a line of colorful, functional bakeware that is designed to make an aesthetic statement in the kitchen. Each piece is made with an interior non-stick coating that is free of PFAS and built for easy release. The exterior is made from aluminum for superior browning and heat retention, Nordic Ware said.
Most of the pans feature an encapsulated steel rim, which prevents warping, and the pans are oven-safe up to 400°F.
The collection includes sheet pans in a variety of sizes, square and round cake pans, a 12-cup muffin tin, and a 9″ x 13″ baking pan. It will be available in open stock.
Simply Sourdough Complete Breadmaking Kit
Simply Sourdough Complete Breadmaking Kit
Nordic Ware’s Simply Sourdough Complete Bread Baking Kit comes with everything needed for sourdough except the starter itself. It has a proofing and baking lid and base, which also has space for a silicone lifting mat that nestles inside, a retractable lame, Danish whisk, starter jar and bench scraper.
The baking kit will be available in Spring 2025.

Differentiating itself from other cooling racks on the market, Nordic Ware’s Multi-Purpose Oven and Cooling Rack is not made of wires but instead has rounded holes that are strategically placed along diagonally stiffered ribs to create maximum airflow for cirsping and cooling. The rack has cutouts on each corner to allow removal from its sheet pan. It is made of one sheet of pure aluminum designed for quality and durability.
Inherently nonstick, says the company, the rack can be used for roasting, air frying, crisping, broiling and even grilling.
The rack is sold on its own or in a set with a Nordic Ware Naturals Half Sheet Pan. It is made to fit perfectly into half baking sheets as well as high-sided half baking sheets.
Made in the U.S., the rack is oven safe up to 500°F.
