In addition to the Natural’s Collection, the Compact Oven Pans (pictured above) include a 5-piece grilling and baking set with a lid, a 2-piece broiler set and a 5-inch pie pan. Free of coatings and designed with durability in mind, the line-up ranges in suggested retail price from $8 to $30. It is set to ship in March.

In a sweet development, Nordic Ware is unveiling ProCast Dessert Pans. New to the ProCast Everyday Baking line, the 7-inch by 11-inch Dessert Pan bakes up brownies, cobbler and crisps, but it also can cook up small-portion casseroles in a compact oven. The handles have braided detail so the pan can go from the oven to the table easily and attractively. To complement the Dessert Pan, Nordic Ware will debut the Mini Loaf Pan. It offers six different compartments for making cakes, breads and loaves and, so, allows for customization of each slot or easy bake and freeze. It also incorporates attractive handle detailing for those occasions when looking nice matters.

Nordic Ware developed the Campfire Grill Press to level up outdoor cuisine. It can cook meat and other proteins as well, and it can help craft melty sandwiches over a grill or open fire. Made from cast aluminum, the Campfire Grill Press keeps safety in mind with a slotted, hinged design that lets food cook safely away from flames and 18-inch handles that keep hands away from the heat source.
