MUkitchen Introducing Colorful Kitchen Textiles with Recycled Materials

MUkitchen is rolling out a new collection of 85% recycled materials towel and dishcloth sets in time for The Inspired Home Show.

Showgoers at Chicago’s McCormick Place will get a chance to review a collection that has already received positive feedback on the softness and attractive design of the towels, the company noted.

Vibe by MUkitchen (pictured above) is made from 85% post-consumer recycled materials. To ensure the authenticity of the promise of sustainability, MUkitchen stated that the Global Recycled Standard has verified its suppliers and their operations, and the company’s products have been certified safe by Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

MUkitchen maintained that its suppliers source the highest quality post-consumer recycled material that is still highly absorbent and feels good to the touch. The Vibe constituent material also takes dye well so that MUkitchen can offer bold colors and dual-sided designs. The company added that it pays attention to the details. For instance, the JHook for hanging the towel on store display is made from recycled plastic, the paper tag is made from recycled paper and even the bag to keep the kitchen textiles clean while shipping to stores is biodegradable and compostable.

Vibe comes in almost 30 designs in an 18″ x 30″ Dual-Sided Towel and the 10″ x 10″ Dish Cloth Set of 3, which are also dual-sided.

MUkitchen also plans to display seasonal designs at the show to help consumers celebrate Halloween, Harvest and Christmas, all of which will ship in  July.

The suggested retail price for Vibe Towels is $16.99, while the SRP for the Dish Cloth Set of 3 is $12.99.
