Lasko has introduced three new fans featuring the company’s WhisperForce DC Technology. The three new models — an advanced tower fan, a smart tower fan and a pedestal fan — offer what Lasko describes as whisper-quiet comfort and efficiency.
Lasko’s DC motor design is made for ultra-quiet performance while using less energy, according to Lasko. It offers long-lasting operation and the ability to integrate precise speed controls for various cooling needs, said Lasko. Each new model features AirSense Technology, which utilizes sensors to create ideal temperatures through four intuitive modes: custom, auto, nature, and sleep.
Lasko 40-inch WhisperForce DC Technology Tower Fan, $72.68 on Walmart.com
This 40-inch tower fan provides 90° wide oscillation, 12 speeds reaching up to 29 ft/s and noise levels as low as 24 dBa, which the company describes as a library whisper. A 12-hour timer can be set in 30-minute increments using a “slide-to-breeze” control panel or remote control. The included air filter is designed to capture dust, lint and pet hair.

The 48-inch smart tower fan features the “Aria for Home” app for iOS and Android with Google and Alexa voice control compatibility. Airflow can be felt up to 50 feet away with 45° oscillation. It has a face velocity of 23 ft/s and 12 speeds ranging from whisper-quiet to turbo. Additionally, it includes a 24-hour programmable timer, remote with storage and a carry handle for easy mobility.
Lasko 21-inch-to-39-inch WhisperForce DC Technology Whirlwind Orbital Pedestal Fan, $85 on Walmart.com
This pedestal fan has three adjustable heights (39 inches, 30 inches and 21 inches) and three horizontal oscillation settings (60°, 100° and 150°) as well as 105° vertical oscillation. It propels air at 25 ft/s, cooling spaces 50 ft away and operates as quietly as 25 dBA across 24 adjustable speeds, said the company. Users can set it and forget it with a 24-hour timer or use the included remote from afar.
