Kuhn Rikon USA will exhibit at this year’s Dallas and Atlanta markets to feature a large selection of new tools and cookware, including a line of hand-crafted fondue pots and raclettes.
In Dallas, Kuhn Rikon will showcasing its Large Pull Chop, a manual food processor that cuts food with the pull of a cord. Also to be featured is Smart & Compact, a new line of cookware that stacks to save space. With the intelligent vacuum lid, leftovers can be stored in the pot and reheated as necessary, said the company. Two sizes of the Swiss-made Black Star cast iron fry pans will also be shown. The uncoated cast iron frying pan can be used for searing meat or preparing crispy “Swiss Rösti” potatoes.

In Atlanta, along with the items above, Kuhn Rikon’s focus will shift to “at the table” dining and showcase a new line of hand-crafted fondue pots and raclettes (pictured top) made in Switzerland. The fondues will be available for shopping in the U.S. in September. Fondue pots, accessories and raclettes in the line include:
- Induction Alpine is made from 100% recycled aluminum.
- Rheinfelder is handmade from ceramic in the Swiss factory where it’s been made since 2017.
- Alpine Chalet is handcrafted and painted in the company’s factory in Switzerland.
- Accessory pieces include bowls and plates and a grey alder wood rechaud.
- Raclettes being introduced all include power candles for grilling.
“Additional items we’ll be showing include: KinderKitchen, our popular line of kids’ cooking tools, and Colori+ Cutting Boards,” said Sonja Berton, sales director at Kuhn Rikon. “Also, we will be offering show specials and introducing new demo programs available for specialty independent stores,” she continued.
