At The Inspired Home Show 2023, Kuhn Rikon USA unveiled an array of innovative products including a new collection of cookware designed for easy storage and a line of food prep tools developed for children.
Attendees got to check out the latest offerings from the company including a brand new line of cookware dubbed Smart & Compact. It includes seven pieces: 1.5-, 3- and 5-quart pots, three lids and a magnetic trivet. The pieces nest for easy storage. Shown along with the collection are three corresponding fry pans enhanced by a ceramic coating, sized at 8 inches, 10 inches and 12 inches.
The company is also opting to bring some fun into its lineup of introductions to satisfy consumers who want to step up from the commonplace. The Colori + Art Vegetable Knives and Colori Cutting Boards arrive as a means of making the cooking task more attractive. The knives are handy, all-purpose kitchen preparation tools for peeling and cutting fruit, vegetables and cheese in vivid colors and fruit and herb patterns.
For family cooking, the Kinderkitchen line of kids’ cooking tools includes a pig mixing bowl, a rooster whisk, a goose mixing spoon, a sheep cutting board and a cat mezzaluna. Consumers can purchase the pieces individually, but Kuhn Rikon also is offering them in two sets: sheep and cat, and pig, rooster and goose.
In addition, Kuhn Rikon is debuting multiple new kitchen tools including a wide Swiss peeler, a large pull-chop, a cheese ratchet grater, a compact can opener and a compact jar opener. A line of Swiss Cooks’ tools also gets a featured place at the show, with an assortment consisting of practical kitchen gadgets for everyday use in ergonomic shapes.
The company also featured two sizes of the Swiss-made Black Star cast iron fry pans and a new Swiss-designed all-stainless cookware collection, and the list goes on.
“Among the numerous new items launching in 2023, we will introduce new fondue pots and accessory items, along with an expanded offering of raclettes,” said Mark Adkison, president, Kuhn Rikon USA, in introducing the new products. “In addition, our new booth will be a comfortable place to relax, re-group and rest your feet.”
