Martha by Martha Stewart Cookware, which launched on Martha.com in August of 2022, is now available online at SurLaTable.com, the only additional retailer of the collection.
The Martha Stewart cookware collection is developed and marketed in collaboration with licensee Gibson Homewares. Inspired by Stewart’s farm in Bedford, New York, Martha Stewart Cookware includes three collections: the Copper Collection, the Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Collection and the Ceramic Non-Stick Collection.
The Copper Collection features the heat retention, temperature control and nonreactive nature expected from copper cookware, says the company. The products are made from chef’s grade 18/10 stainless steel tri-ply construction with a base-to-rim aluminum core. All pieces are compatible with all stovetops, excluding induction, and they are oven safe up to 550°F. The Copper Collection includes sauce pans, fry pans and stock pots in various sizes with retail prices ranging from $120-$275.
The Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Collection features 18/10 stainless steel tri-ply construction with a base-to-rim aluminum core designed to promote quick heating, good heat retention and even cooking. All pieces are compatible with all stovetops, including induction, and they are oven safe up to 550°F. The collection includes fry pans, sauce pans and stock pots in various sizes along with a roasting pan with retail prices ranging from $80-$230.
The Ceramic Non-Stick Collection is made from 18/10 stainless steel tri-ply construction with a base-to-rim aluminum core designed to promote even heat. The ceramic non-stick coating is non-reactive and PFOA and PFTE-free, ideal for healthier cooking with less oil and butter as food releases easily from the cooking surface, says the company. All pieces are compatible with any stovetop, including induction, and they are oven safe up to 550°F. The collection includes two fry pans in different sizes and a sauté pan with retail prices ranging from $90-$150.
