HexClad, known for its premium cookware, has expanded its kitchenware offering with the launch of vacuum-sealed stainless steel mixing and storage bowls and a line of Japanese Damascus steel cutlery.
The mixing bowl set, tested and approved by HexClad partner and chef Gordon Ramsay, includes three sizes (1.5-quart, 3-quart, 5-quart) at an MSRP of $99.99. The bowls are made from stainless steel and feature non-slip bases designed to keep the bowl in place while mixing. The vacuum seal lid allows for airtight storage. The bowls contain a date setting dial and come with see-through lids to help take the guesswork out of leftovers. The bowls are dishwasher safe, and the lids are washable by hand or on the top rack of a dishwasher. The set nests for storage.
HexClad’s Japanese Damascus steel cutlery is made from 67 layers of Japanese Damascus steel designed to for harder blades with sharper edges. Full-tang construction lends to enhanced durability and balance. The line consists of an 8″ chef’s knife, an 8″ bread knife, a 7″ Santoku knife, a 5″ utility knife, a 3.5″ paring knife and a 9″ honing rod.
HexClad entered the housewares market with its hybrid clad stainless steel cookware featuring a non-stick coating within a hexagonal stainless steel grid for searing and enhanced durability.
