Helen of Troy’s Housewares Division, which includes the Oxo and Hydro Flask brands, promoted Phyllis Grove to the newly created divisional role of senior vp/marketing.

Grove the previous five years served as vp/marketing and e-commerce at Hydro Flask.

“Phyllis has been a changemaker for the Hydro Flask brand since day one,” said Larry Witt, President of the Housewares Division. “Her ability to lead high-performing teams and understand consumer trends will positively impact the way we operate across the division.”

Grove, based at Helen of Troy’s Housewares Division office in Bend, OR, brings more than three decades of brand marketing and leadership experience to the newly created divisional role for Helen of Troy housewares.

“(Hydro Flask and Oxo) are rooted in innovative products, sharp teams, and rich stories, and I can’t wait to see what we all do together next,” Grove said.

Prior to joining Hydro Flask and Helen of Troy, Grove worked in a variety of industries, including consumer packaged goods, food, consumer electronics and natural products. She held strategic marketing positions at Procter & Gamble and Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream. Grove has also served on the Outdoor Industry Association board of directors since 2018 and is currently the board’s first vice-chair.
