The Fissler Adamant Premium Nonstick Frying Pan has received the Highest Rated Pan Award from German consumer magazine, IMTEST.

Honored as the overall best choice, the Adamant pan received the highest rating for its features, robustness, frying capabilities and heat conductivity. IMTEST tested five different pans under multiple conditions, including cooking and frying with both new and well-used pans. The pans were tested for weight, how easy it is to handle, design features, time to heat and heat distribution, while the nonstick surfaces were subjected to mechanical stress tests. The nonstick surface of the Adamant frying pan is formed from silicon carbide particles said to create a hard surface that allows the use of metal spoons and spatulas. The base was designed to sit on a cooktop for optimal heat absorption, distribution and retention, while the high-sided body of the pan provides a large surface area.

The Fissler Adamant pan works on all stovetops and comes in 8-, 9.5- and 11-inch sizes with retail prices ranging from $99.95-$129.95.
