Frieling has debuted several new kitchenware goods designed for modern consumer lifestyle consumer trends. The new goods are from the Küchenprofi and Zassenhaus brands, as well as Frieling’s own lineup.
Mortars & pestles have gained significant popularity as consumers recognize the benefits of freshly ground spices, said Frieling. The new Zassenhaus Manu (pictured above) is the fourth in the brand’s line of cast iron mortar & pestles. The compact mortar is designed with a short yet comfortable to hold, pestle, the company added and the cast iron is a preferred material due to its durability and longevity. The Manu is designed to uniformly grind all kinds of spices and herbs to make sauces, pastes, and powders. The Manu is three inches in diameter and is four inches high, with a suggested retail price is $42.95.
Under its Küchenprofi brand, Frieling has introduced four precision-milled wooden rolling pins that allow the home chef to quickly roll out fresh pasta such as spaghetti, tagliatelle, fettuccine, and pappardelle. After rolling out the pasta dough with a conventional rolling pin, the consumer can simply roll across the thin dough with any one of the four Pasta Casa cutters. Frieling said the spaghetti, tagliatelle, fettuccine, or pappardelle Pasta Casa cutters are made of high-quality beech wood and are 12-inches long and have a suggested retail price is $17.95.
Frieling has also introduced its own set of wooden rolling pins. The rolling pin collection includes four rolling pin styles: French Tapered Pin, Straight Pin, Classic Rolling Pin, and Grande Rolling Pin. Each is crafted from hardened maple in the USA and includes a lifetime warranty, said the company. The collection of rolling pins is designed for jobs such as rolling out pastry dough, cookies, pie crust, pasta, and more.
The Classic Rolling Pin and the Grande Rolling Pin feature handles fitted with rust-free nylon brushings to ensure a smooth glide. The French Pin measures 1.5-inches in diameter and is 20-inches long with a suggested retail of $29.95. The Straight Pin is two inches in diameter and 18.5-inches long and has a suggested retail of $34.95. The Classic Rolling Pin with Handles is 2.4-inches in diameter and 12-inches long with a suggested retail of $39.95. The Grande Rolling Pin is 2.75-inches in diameter and 15-inches long and has a suggested retail price of $59.95. All four Frieling rolling pins will be available for shipment in May 2022.
